Mountain View Lodge POLICIES:
MVL Cancellation Policy:

Summer:
- More than 7 daysprior to arrival - Full refund.
- Within 7 days prior to arrival - guest will forfeit AD equal to 100% of one nights rent (per room).

Fall/Winter/Spring:
- More than 48 hours prior to arrival - Full refund.
- Within 48 hours prior to arrival - guest will forfeit AD equal to 100% of one nights rent (per room).

All Seasons:
- All guaranteed reservations require a first night deposit (incl. tax).
- "No Show" will be charged 100% of one nights rent.
- There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departure.
Any refund money due will be paid within 14 days of original departure date.

Pet Policies:
- Pets in designated rooms ONLY;
- additional $15/night/pet all season.
- Sorry, NO pets allowed at Wapato Ridge Condominiums.

Group Policies:
- ONE Liaison only;
- Weekends: 10-20 rooms 1 night stay permitted,
- 21-31 rooms 2 night stay minimum.

Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day Holidays
- 3 night MINIMUM at Summer WEEKEND Rates.

Pool/Hot Tub
- The Mountain View Lodge and Wapato Ridge Resort heated outdoor pools are open from approximately May 1 – October and are available from 7am until 11pm in the summer time.
- Under the stars, on a breezy afternoon, or a snowy winter day… guests of Mountain View Lodge can enjoy their outdoor hot tub year round!

Reservations
- An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required to "guarantee" your reservation.
- Our friendly staff will be happy to explain the payment timeline, cancellation and any other pertinent policies.

Taxes / Registration Fees
- At Mountain View Lodge you won’t pay any additional registration fees.
- The current tax rate is 10% which will be included in the final cost for your accommodations.
